Award winning Rob Harding from Pitmaster Bar-B-Que Company will teach us his tricks to making brisket and pork butt. He will share is experience from competing in BBQ competitions around the country and will give us some of the secrets he has learned along the way. He will show us his smoker and teach us how to smoke meat. This class is going to be off the charts! What a treat to have him as part of Rush’s cooking classes. This class will be exceptional.
