Wednesday May 24th, 2017 6:30pm to 9:00pm

 Award winning Rob Harding from Pitmaster Bar-B-Que Company will teach us his tricks to making brisket and pork butt.  He will share is experience from competing in BBQ competitions around the country and will give us some of the secrets he has learned along the way.  He will show us his smoker and teach us how to smoke meat.  This class is going to be off the charts!  What a treat to have him as part of Rush’s cooking classes.  This class will be exceptional.

Tuition is $85.00 per person paid in advance.  Classes are small and space is limited to 10 students.  If you are interested, do not delay.  Classes fill up fast!!  To sign up come into Rush’s and while you are here check out the kitchen facility where class will be held.  Bon Appetite!
