The John Boos 24X18 Inch Wood Cutting Board has a hard maple edge grain construction, and it is reversible.

Also, it features square edge corners, and hand grips.

Make sure to treat this board before use.

Then, follow up regularly with the Block Board Cream, which is a combination of natural unbleached beeswax and food grade mineral oil to replenish moisture.

This helps keep the board from cracking.
