6″ RED CURVED BONING KNIFE

Color coded Fibrox® handles adhere to H.A.A.C.P. standards. The red handles for meat,  are a patented polyamide that is textured and slip-resistant when wet. Fibrox® is dishwasher safe and extremely hygienic. The 6” Red Fibrox® Boning Knife  has a semi-stiff curved blade that is conically ground length and crosswise to achieve a wider break point. This results in a more durable, fracture resistant blade that creates less friction when cutting for ease of use
