Baker Chris has 20 years of experience baking bread and will teach you the secrets to sourdough bread. In this class you will learn how to make and maintain a sourdough starter, howto make, shape, and bake sourdough bread, and how to identify problems and how to fix them. This class will be fun and informative. Come join us and start baking!
