Our third appetizer class with Chef Shane O’Dell.  He will teach us another set of the appetizers he perfected working in the Caribbean.  After 10 years in the islands, he is back to Idaho Falls operating his restaurant, Chef Shane’s Perspective.  Whether you are having a full blown dinner or just having friends over for a visit, knowing how to prepare little goodies is essential to anyone’s cooking skills.  Chef has come up with some of his best to share with you.  Come join us for this fun class.

Tuition is $85.00 per class paid in advance.  Classes are small and space is limited to 10 students per class.  If you are interested do not delay.  Classes fill up fast.
