A Demonstration Class

In this second class in the fish series we will explore more ways of preparing fish. Fish is difficult to cook and we make it easy.  You will understand how to approach the different methods of cooking fish.  We will teach you how to fry, both deep and pan, to make crispy fish that is flavorful and easy.  We will also teach baking fish and how to protect moisture.  You fish will never be dry again!  The pan sauces you will learn are awesome too!!

Tuition is $98.00 per class paid in advance.  Classes are small and space is limited to 9 students.  If you are interested, do not delay.  Classes fill up fast!  To sign up come into Rush’s and while you are there check out the kitchen facility where class will be held.
