Think Like a Chef-Chef 1

A great way to start the series is with the introduction to sauté.  You will learn what it means to sauté and how to properly do it.  We will show you the importance of this method and give you an understanding of its use.  You will also learn the proper way to use a knife and the many different cuts.  Finally, we will teach you two stove top sauces.
