Bertha is back! Come learn how to make Sopitos. Sopitos are a family favorite. They are tortillas stuffed with cheese and meat that has been simmered in a special sauce, only prepared for special family gatherings. Chef will show us how to make this delicious Mexican tradition. She will share he secrets passed down thru the generations and teach you just as she was taught by her mother. She will also share some of her restaurant’s special recipes. Come join us for this fun class.
