We are exploring Fat and how to flavor it. In this class we will teach you how to flavor butter and cream. You will learn how to use it to build flavor in cooking. Flavoring fat is a simple way to make food taste better. Once you have the tools and understanding of flavoring fat, your cooking will improve. Your friends and family will notice the difference.
