Eggs

Eggs aren’t just for breakfast. We will teach you all there is to know about cooking eggs.  From mastering scrambled eggs to making the perfect poached egg.  You will learn how to make a great Hollandaise sauce, that is easy and delicious.  So if you love eggs, this is the class for you.  This class will be informative and you will learn all the techniques to cooking eggs.  A must for someone who loves to cook!

Tuition is $98.00 per class paid in advance.  Classes are small and space is limited to 9 students per class.  If you are interested do not delay.  Classes fill up fast.
