DESCRIPTION:“Think Like A Chef” Cooking Classes  \nAnyone can learn to cook confidently and creatively in the kitchen.  Learn time saving techniques and have fun!  Next time you have a gathering\, your guests will taste the difference.  Our classes are a “hands-on” experience and everyone participates in learning the technique being taught.  Class size is small allowing you one-on-one with the chef.  Every class ends with a sit down meal you and your classmates have just prepared.  We provide all the tools\, equipment\, and food for the class.  If you just take one class or all of them\, you will have gained new knowledge needed to become a confident cook. \nCome join the fun and take a cooking class! \nSoon you will “Think Like a Chef. \nChef 1 February 6th\, 2016 \nA great way to start the series is with the introduction to sauté.  You will learn what it means to sauté and how to properly do it.  We will show you the importance of this method and give you an understanding of its use.  You will also learn the proper way to use a knife and the many different cuts.  Finally\, we will teach you two stove top sauces.
