Fish Class
Come and join the fun! A Demonstration Class Featuring Chef Keith Darling
In this informative class, we will demystify preparing fish. You will learn several methods of preparing fish. We will teach you how to poach in a seasoned liquid, pan sear-finsihing in the oven, and steaming with aromatics accompanied by fantastic sauces that will knock your socks off! This class is sure to be a favorite.
