This informative class demonstrates creative and delicious ways to prepare a variety of main course pasta meals with everyday ingredients. Classic techniques combined with current trend ingredients will be demonstrated. Examples are Mediterranean style Pasta Prima Vera, Pasta Pomodoro style and other delicious combinations.
