Pastry 3
Strudel and Crepes

In this class Chef Adrienne will teach you how to make the classic French pastry dough; Pate a Choux. Pate a Choux is used to make a variety of sweet and savory pastries that are sure to impress. You will learn how to create the perfect Cream Puffs, Éclairs and Swans with different hands on piping techniques. We will make and fill our creations with a delicious lightened pastry cream, dip our éclairs in rich chocolate ganache and plate them using sauces with various designs. Come and learn from start to finish these classic dessert elements and go home with new ideas to make and explore on your own.
